Who's it for?
Applicants with proposals to conduct social research in any aspects of families and relationships. Students must have qualifications of the standard of a good honours degree at first or upper second class level, from a UK academic Research Organisation.

Women in Leadership

What:
Funded PhD studentship. PhD research proposals could take a number of directions including, but not limited to: taking a comparative approach to examine the use of quotas versus voluntary targets to improve gender representation on company Boards; investigate what kind of measures companies are likely to adopt to achieve their gender targets and to what extent these have the potential to promote greater gender equality.

Who's it for?
Applicants are welcome from business studies but also from different backgrounds with an interest in business. Applicants should have a good Honours degree and in addition a good Master’s degree at merit level and above that includes a thesis component.
